One of the worst war movies I’ve ever seen. Comic book action. No characterisation. Incredibly poor sketches of the participants. Dialogue that feels like it was an abstracted executive summary of the script. Inept acting. Edits that leave most of the details of the battles completely out of the movie. It feels like a version of the 1976 classic that was whispered by a sight impaired preschooler down a broken phone line to a studio Exec high ok coke. What was the point?
