Even though they market the Alien as unpredictable, it is kind of predictable to a certain degree, even on Hard difficulty, Nightmare is a different experience on a whole other level. With the unpredictable AI mod, A:I can be truly nerve wrecking, especially if you play alone, in the night, in a dark room with no ambient sound using a surround sound headset. Gotta warn you though, if you come looking for jumpscares, this game will disappoint you, but it makes up tremendously for its lack of cliché jumpscares with its extremely well designed atmospheric horror elements. It's a worthwhile buy, although in a sale because the DLCs on steam cost a lot.

Like every Assassin's Creed game this has some very obvious flaws that glow in the dark but the pros seem to outshine them. I'm glad I got to experience this. Pros: The combat system is similar to that of AC: Origins which is really decent except you can't perform a "holding Mouse1 combo". The mercenary system is okay. The dialogue chain system is a nice thing to add, and this game has a lot of different ending depending on some major choices throughout the game. The Cultist system is great. I've enjoyed hunting them down. Basically everything in Odyssey's world is interwoven, one side quest can change the outcome of another pretty unexpectedly. If you enjoy any good old RPG with side quests you'll enjoy this. Cons: Absolutely ridiculous amount of repetitive gameplay elements, especially in higher difficulties (I played on hard from start). Horrible voice acting most of the time. 0/10 dialogues, like they repeat obvious answers and questions just to stretch conversations. No Assassin's Creed vibe. Nothing. This game has nothing to do with Assassin's, this is a tale told about the origin of Templars, at least the main quest. DLCs still left to play. 7/10 for now, might improve later. Recommended.
