A movie that has longing at its core. The direction is amazing and some of the scenes, for instance the one in which Beni's mother and sister are arguing, are breathtakingly realistic. This is a movie that is so emotional yet hates over dramatization. Everybody celebrates successes, yet it's the failures that define us. This movie epitomizes the famous line from the movie Dosti... Raahi manva sukh ki chinta kyun satati hai, dukh to apna saathi hai. A movie about waiting, love, self pity, contempt, pride and so much more...
