This was by far my favourite transformers movie. I may be bias because Beasties (Beast Wars) was my favourite show as a kid. So seeing Cheetor, Rhinox, Airrazor, and Optimus Primal was absolutely astounding. And I think I always cried tears of joy when hearing Primal say “Maximals maximize”. I loved Pete Davidson doing Mirage. The voice was perfect. And the nods about Mark Whalberg leaving the funky bunch and pursuing acting was hilarious. As well as the name drop Pete when asking mirage what to call him. I loved seeing Optimus Primes character evolve from being cold to humans to believing in them. I was a little sad that we didn’t get to see Scourge as a dragon and didn’t get to see Rattrap. The ending with the GI Joe crossover I absolutely loved and have been waiting for that crossover in more than just comics. I honestly don’t understand how this movie has got any bad reviews. I was in bliss and aww the whole movie with a smile as big as a kid at Christmas. AMAZING movie, especially if you watched Beasties as a kid.

This movie completely blew my mind. These people that are rating it low just aren’t real comic book fans and they expect to see something as Emerson electric as the MCU which had MANY movies and backstories on film before doing Avengers. I’ve seen a few comments complaining that it’s too similar to Avengers. I can see the comparison and don’t get me wrong. I’m Marvel over DC but that’s what Darkseid wanted in the comics. We’re the Mother Boxes and came to earth. Everyone needs to remember that DC comics came before Marvel ever did. Where do you think Wade Wilson/Deadpool comes from.... it was a spoof character of Slade Wilson/Deathstroke that ended up sticking.
