Like all Souls games and Souls likes this game fails to draw the player in. There isn't enough story up front to know what's going on and the combat is too difficult to encourage players to delve deeper.

It's just a by the numbers Pokemon clone. Deserves a lawsuit shutting it down way more than Palworld. Got it free on PSN and I don't see any point in finishing the game. It just doesn't hold up compared to Pokemon.

It's 2024. There's simply no excuse for a company to release a top down game in this day an age with how good graphics can be in first person or third person. The gameplay just doesn't hold up to modern standards.
