Priscilla Padron

It was a good movie. The focus on one sad, ill-fated character was too narrow a focus. The female friend was nice, but not well-enough fleshed out. I hate violence, but thought the violence was integral to the story. Pretty depressing. Joaquin Phoenix was superb.

I liked it very much: the story, acting and the filmography. I'm of Scottish decent, so enjoyed the shots of Glasgow, too. Heart warming and real. Have to admit there were moments when subtitles were needed.
