Frenetic and brilliant, The Bear plays like an 8 episode pilot for another show altogether. Amazing television and easily the best show of 2022 thus far.

Batman by way of Saw and Se7en, but not nearly as entertaining as either. The plodding, uninteresting script is the main culprit here. Take a pillow and try not to snore.

The Unfunny Musical Sequel we have all been (not) wanting.

Another action thriller with very little action and no thrills. Plays like everyone involved needed a pay check, clocked in to work, and went through the motions.

A slow burn that never catches fire and wholly unmemorable 15 minutes after it ends. A missed opportunity.

The story is interesting until in wears thin, the acting is fine, and the movie is ultimately more intriguing than it is entertaining.

At it's worst, this show is funny for kids and tolerably amusing for adults. That's a win for parents.

It's just NOT good. The pacing is off and their is no emotional investment in the characters.

Breaks all sorts of conventions and the cast is superb.
