After spending around $1,000 on this server with hundreds of hours of play time I must say that support is very useless. As stated I lost both my email and Minecraft account due to a department of defense information leak. At best I figured support should be able to at least transfer my skins and other purchased items, since you know I paid for them. That answer is a big fat no. Not only is support virtually useless, but the staff members while professional are just as useless. This leads me to think they are more focused on making money than the actual player. That is a pretty dim outlook, so at this time tread lightly if you do put money into this server, because if you happen to be hacked, you’re on your own.
