It's probably not quite a 4-star show, maybe a 3.5 so I rounded up. I don't really like it as a canonical prequel. The story just didn't feel right to me as the actual story behind BB. It's a good show though.

The best Soulsborne game to date, and one of the best games I've ever played.

One of the top two games of the Final Fantasy series and one of my all time favorite games. The soundtrack is phenomenal. I still listen to many of the tracks today. The characters are extremely likable, although I'm not a fan of Tidus's outfit. The story is amazing and heartbreaking. The gameplay is highly addictive. Being able to substitute characters while in battle adds another layer of strategy. The main side game, Blitzball, is highly addictive, especially if you recruit well. The leveling system is a nice change of pace from previous FF games. I'll finish with this: I remember when this game came out. It was the first Final Fantasy to feature voice acting. I was so scared that either the script wouldn't translate well to spoken word or, the voice acting would just be cringy. Minus a scene or two (and maybe one voice actor...), I was very impressed by the performances of the voice acting cast. This is a MUST PLAY if you like JRPGs, and really, if you like good, quality RPGs with great stories.

This game is so incredibly deep. I learn new things each time I play it. Even with the second disc not being great gameplay-wise, this is still one of, if not my favorite, game of all time. Story, story, story! The gameplay is fun, but the story is what puts this game in the top tier.
