My favourite all time books. The character of Thomas Covenant is so completely mesmerising and so different from any other fictional person I have ever read. Mr Donaldsonson writing is heart renderingly beautiful, mesmerising. When I am reading these books I see, hear, smell, taste and feel the land. I bought these books as they were released and as each new book was released I re-read the previous books again before starting the new one. I am now in my 13th reading of the whole series and each time I feel, discover and am awed by something new. Wonderful.
