I don't know what to rate it because I haven't played it. I purchased the game when it came out on 8/20/2020 and I still haven't been able to play it. Every time I open the game, it makes it to the "Press A to Continue" screen , I press A, and it looks like it's loading a little and then it will send me back to the Xbox Home Screen. I've restarted, cleared the cache, uninstalled/reinstalled several times, and nothing works. I even went and purchased a physical disk copy, didn't work. I finally asked Xbox for a refund yesterday and they denied it. They wouldn't accept my refund request because it was outside the refund policy time frame (after 13 days). I have also spoken with three different 2K Customer Service representatives now and they just say they are going to tell the developers but clearly that didn't work this morning. I logged on and saw the update today, 9/4/2020, and foolishly got my hopes up while I downloaded the update, restarted the xbox, clicked on the game, andddd same thing. I again restarted, cleared the cache, uninstalled/reinstalled, tried it again, still doesn't work.
