It is a below average movie. I was expecting some great numbers in a movie based on music band group. There was none. A good story is also missing. Recommended for watch when one has nothing worthwhile to do. The film appears to be over rated to me.

I watched this movie first time during lockdown in 2020 imposed due to Chinese virus COVID-19. Shoot Out is not a bad movie anyway. I loved the movie. Gregory Peck was one among A list Male Stars of Hollywood Golden era with a big fan following. With time, the film likening has increased. My judgement on movie ......... A good movie to watch.

It's a nice movie. Good for one time watch and a funny satire on then British society. I hope the time has changed now after 75 years.

I shall give Professor a 5-star rating. The reason is ... What else will someone require in a film. Good story, good acting and above all a great music. The behind the scenes stories of this movie are now legends. Director Lekh Tandon was in search of work. Fortunately he had a good rapport with King of Bollywood Music Shanker-Jaikishan. Jaikishen gave Lekh Tandon his words to do the music for the film at any price just to help Lekh Tandon. Then Shammi joined the movie due to Shanker-Jaikishan, but at a price of Rs. 5 Lakhs, double of his regular fees as Lekh Tandon was a newcomer. Shanker-Jaikishen gave all songs but one (Awaz de ke humein tum bulao) for the film from their song bank. Jaikishen told Lekh Tandon that this one song will be remembered forever. Such a strong faith and confidence in quality of their work makes them King of Bollywood music. Professor is my all time favorite movie. Hats off to great movie and great music.

An honest review is one that is not influenced by what others are talking about the film. I am a fan of Sir Laurence Olivier. His movie Rebecca is my all time favorite. He is best actor ever from British cinema. Likewise Michael Caine is second biggest name after Olivier in British Cinema. Now about this movie, performances are great without any doubt. But at 2 hours and 18 minutes the film is too long. It is more suitable for a theatrical production. For a feature film, it should be at least half an hour short in length. Because of its marathon length, the movie looses interest. Now that is my personal opinion of the movie. Others reviewers have definitely different opinion for the movie. All are welcome.

I watched this movie during social lockdown imposed after spread of Chinese Virus Covid-19. I had high hopes from this movie, but the movie is not a match for Russian movie T-34. Even the film is not a match to Hollywood movie made in the same year Fury. I think a strong storyline is missing in this movie. Tanks are definitely good. Overall a poor movie.

I recently watched this movie. Indeed it's a good movie from Prasad Productions. Music by Shankar-Jaikishan is as usual at its best. Rajendra Kumar was passing through the best of his career phase at that time. I personally feel the highlight point of the movie that has not discussed much was brilliant performance by Jamuna. Apart from her natural beauty, the use of her eyes for expressions is something to watch. An evergreen movie.

I am not much bothered what the critics say about this movie. Overall the movie is good. It is worth watching.

Overall Company of Heroes is a poor movie. It may appeal to kids loving war video games, but to movie lovers this film is a big waste of time. This is the first war movie in which I have seen so much hand fighting. Truly for that reason the producer and director have assembled a pack of actors much like WWF wrestlers. It was hard to spend 1 hr 40 minutes watching this movie.

Superb. Wonderful. The film is good and the performances are great because the film has a very strong story line. Things come naturally with a good story line. The Academy award to Sally Field is quite justified. However, I am bit shocked for seeing no appreciation for performance of Ron Leibman in the role of Reuben, the trade union organizer. His performance is no way less than that of Sally Field.
