Court room drama with an action soundtrack complete with enough loud bangs to fill a Die hard movie. cinematography was great but if I saw one more Kaleidoscope I was going to walk out. Considering current Politics proclivity to War..again, it was a good opportunity to put that great score to good use. Into the human suffering at the whim of scientists who thought radiation fallout could be controlled with sun screen and glasses. It briefly explores the moral compass of some participants who afterwards forced themselves to admit they'd made a mistake. But viewers were spared the pictures of thousands of charred bodies the scientists in the movie were forced to watch. Polite cinematography on this subject matter is out of place. Its apparent attempt to absolve intelligent men and women from the 220 million deaths they caused and rest that responsibility with the Military was superficial at best. Daily scientists put aside their morality to torture animals and humans knowing their chemical or biological weapons will be used to cause suffering. Its a Biopic on the man who made the A bomb, but that cannot be separate from the fallout from dropping it. Looking politely away on this subject matter is what new Wars are made of. It'll probably win a heap of awards. Go figure.

No nauseating love interest, no time wasted on back story, just quick reference to evil corp.. yeah yeah you get it ..then straight to fighting, fighting and more fighting. Loved the Journey to the Centre of the Earth add on (although I'm sure Jules Verne would be turning in his grave). If you are a Monster movie fan you'll love it, if you want a well acted, plot driven thriller with a love "twist"..then you really wont get it.
