Best production on any album, the songs just glide into each other seamlessly

I don't understand how to describe this album, its honestly the furthest I think rock could have been taken. It's heavy but it's soft, it's pretty but it's intense, it's dramatic but subtle. It's a masterpiece it is arguably their finest album ever written, it's not too experimental to where it loses its accessibility, and it's not too hard and heavy like there contemporaries. It's pretentious but it's so good.
