Game of Thrones is progressive propaganda. In fact, George R.R. Martin has gone on record as being a critic of people who blame everything on "social justice warriors." Just like Martin is an sjw, Game of Thrones is full of social justice messages. The 'heroes' in his novel are empowered men, and women who often start out as underdogs in the 'dominance hierarchy' who rise to take on actions that improve their communities. The women are empowered in a land of patriarchy.They break gender roles to either do what is right and survive or die. Brienne of Tarth is the closest think Westoros has to a feminist. Jon Snow is a cuck at the bottom of the 'dominance hierarchy' who rises to show that good deeds and selflessness are what make the world a better place. Jon constantly questions the 'dominance hierarchy' that is led by men like Alliser Thorne. Basically, Alliser is the Jordan Peterson of Westoros. In an age when Fox News, Sinclair media, and Breitbart all dominate political discussion, it's a breath of fresh air to have a sage like George R.R. Martin around.
