I watched Gayle King and company since the show premiered many years ago. Loved the format which gave me nineteen minutes of solid news then weather and local news. Over the years news time reduced slightly as a minute more of commercials were added here and there. But it was still news, politics and good con Now the new change, which to me is "Bread and Circuses" or "Let them eat cake" with more entertainment being called news. Are you imitating NBC and ABCs format which is more fluff than serious reporting? I watch CBS because it put entertainment toward the end of the show unless it was breaking news in the entertainment world.I miss what I believe I and all thinking adults need is the 'Why" in the NEWS that your commercials proclaim. More commercials, less news-not my prgram soon.
