Iris Dainton

I have watched all but one episode and I am no closer to understaning what on earth it is supposed to be about. Her partner died leaving massive debts and a previous (unknown) son. I get that she feels she is being lied to by his business partner and wants her fair share but the rest - burying the bloke in the garden; wanting to have another child via his frozen sperm; banging on about keeping his memory alive and the antics she gets up to are totally unhinged. It is becoming increasingly difficult to watch as there is no rhyme or reason there. It was with a massive sigh of relief that the episode finally finished - I had kept looking at my watch and found the adverts more interesting!

My curiosity was initially aroused by the histrionic outbursts over the content of the film, so that I wanted to take a look at it. Quite astounding; even Goebbels (“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”) would gape in awe, at the colossal scale his prediction has achieved now over green energy. This grandiose deception on steroids – the green illusion - is of mind boggling proportions. The crux of the film – “infinite (population) growth on a finite planet is suicide” – is undeniable. A must watch!
