John Locke was wrong. Second Treatise is child's play . No one willfully enters into a contract with the government. If you refuse to pay taxes, the state will imprison you. Locke wasn't a bright man. He overlooked the simple fact that no one chooses to "join" political societies. We join political societies out of duress and coercion. No wonder the American Experiment was doomed from the start. The founders idolized some real dumb-dumbs.
