I Lost 20 lbs. in first six weeks, almost scary how well it worked and I was full, never starving. Went from 172 to 126 lbs. overall and maintained as a new lifestyle since Sept. 2009 when I first read his book. Very satisfied, all you have to do is not eat unhealthy food (beans grains & any sweetner of any kind and look at the rest of what we call food, as poison.
