An absolute MUST HAVE for any fans of early heavy metal. "Triumph and Agony" stands the test of time; I am still listening to this banger in 2020! Doro's voice is piercing, strong, and hauntingly beautiful on every track. The production touches on everything that a staple 80s heavy metal album needs to have. The guitars shred, the bass sits nice and forward, the drumming is just heavy enough with selective but effective use of the double kick, also the reverb on the snare makes for an extra "splashy" 80s heavy metal experience. Love this album! 11/10.
