I prefer Payback to Rivals. Yes it does haas some bad points, but look past that and you get a 9/10 video game. Rivals is a 4/10 because of loosing your in game cash when you are busted by the cops. And no story line. Anyways, I love the idea of customizing and upgreading cars including the brilliant derlicts! I love racing with the superbuilds that the derlicts had to offer. if you don't this game, then don't buy it and definitely don't play it! It's that simple guys. I'd give it a 10/10 if it had freeroam cops, and an easier way to earn ingame cash. About NFS 2019, if they add my last points (freeroam cops and easier farming for money) then that would a perfect game in my opinion.
