As a young female engineer in a management position with almost all male coworkers, this film was very unsettling to me. The ending was great, but Meredith’s character was very one dimensional. It seemed to portray single, powerful women in leadership positions as sex hungry immoral monsters who would go to great lengths to put a male employee down just because their relationship with them didn’t work out in the past. Meredith put her entire career at risk to do this. Any woman who’s worked very hard her whole life to get a leadership position would not jeopardize it for any man-especially a married man with kids!! Women are not perfect angels, but in this movie, the wickedness of the Meredith character was too much.
