Watched this show 2 times with my daughter. It is now completely banned in our home. If a parent tells a child no to something, that is typically for their protection. My child does not need to see that this guy tells his child no, but then there are flashbacks of him doing the same things. That gives the notion of “well you did it....”. If a parent says no that means they know the outcome and they went through a certain thing so you don’t have too. The girl is also very rude to her dad. I mean some of the things she said to him had my mouth on the floor. For example one episode she slammed the door in his face. Another episode she says some other things that are just terrible because she can’t have her way. Please bring back shows that show children trying to uphold what their parents are instilling. Sure those older shows did show some rebellion but never complete disrespect for authority or parents being stupid and lacking parental control. Please provide entertainment that shows Something wholesome....or at least shows we’re parents aren’t stupid and spineless and are actually regarded as the head of the home. This really broke my heart to see this girl behaving so rudely to her caregiver over such silly trivial things.
