An awesome movie that is worthy of many awards. I saw it four times, hope to see it again, and looking forward to the release of the DVD. Lady Gaga is a great singer and songwriter, but has now proven herself as an actress. Bradley Cooper was outstanding as director, actor, singer/songwriter and guitar player. He said he spent four years preparing for this movie and then completed filming in 42 days. Just amazing to me. I have taken friends and family to see the movie, and all agree with me. I play the soundtrack all the time, and if you can wear out a CD, mine is on the way out. The only negative for me is the use of the "F" word, but I have looked past that for love of the movie. It is a true love story and both Bradley and Lady Gaga made it believable because they played their roles so well. You probably think I sound like some crazy groupy because I'm so into this movie, but I'm a young 79 year old who who just loves the movie, the actors and the music. You need to see the movie and express your opinion. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I went back and watched all three of the previous "A Star is Born" movies, and, in my opinion, none come close to this depiction of the relationship between these two characters. In fact, I saw very little in the way of a true love story.
