This book will be very helpful to me in determining a blended type of work schedule. Since employee productivity depends on each employee's personality, thus, this book will serve as my guide on how to efficiently allow them to work in the office and at home. Had I read this book before, I may have handled well the working mood of my employees. The amount of spending on travel time going to and from work will definitely reduce and maximize their productivity. Having read this book, I am looking forward to more productive and happier employees. Valuing my best assets is through giving them more options. Valuing my employees is as much as valuing my clients because this will create a motivated workplace.
