It did not adhere to known scripture. Nicodemus, Jesus, and Mary Magdalene were barely identifiable in the first episode.
It is filmed in Hurricane, UT and is likely Mormon. I wish that they stayed with the scripture more closely.

I am very cautious. I do not listen to TV preachers. Reading the Bible is much easier and more dependable.

I think "ALPHA" is the best movie of 2018 for those with consciousness. Only "ARRIVAL" competes with it.
