As a kid this was my favourite film. It was so different from the other kids movies at the time. I still find myself thinking of quotes and scenes from it to this day, it was just so memorable. The way I watched it was on a VHS my mom had made.
I think the message of it was to not give up, despite the odds, which is a good message for kids.
