Used to be funny in a dark way. Now it’s just pretentious. It’s always about a gay guy who works in the entertainment industry, and he thinks it is super important, but it’s not. It’s shallow. The characters never have real jobs, they are always famous artists. And if they are doctors they are evil scary doctors which suggests the writers are afraid of going to the doctor because they don’t understand it.
