For a show on an incident like 26/11, it is a massive failure for missing out on so many fronts. The show tries to parallely narrate of what went down with the police, the city, the hospitals, the media that night and attempts to provide an insight of what actually happens within each of these groups when something major happens.
However, the show ends being unreal and even distorted, for misrepresentation of facts and events. I mean how do you change the 26/11 itself?
Despite, having strong production design(unbelievably real), sets, action, graphics etc., the script is intellectually weak. In an attempt to show multiple fronts at the same time, they haven't been able to showcase even one side of the story properly. Over the course of 8 episodes, the sad realities of media, situation of hospitals and police force have been projected here and there but overall its scattered, its over bearing, its melodramatic at places where you wouldn't even expect it, it's a failed attempt.
Konkana Sen Sharma got me watching this, but I am gathering the strength to complete the remaining last episode.
The cast is good and everyone does the fine job. Mohit Raina seems to be in his best form but the series fails to keep you glued to it because of tremendously weak story.
