I have watched all the main detective shows,Morse,Frost,Lewis, over the years.. None of them really, come close to Columbo..He thinks 'out of the box' all the time..He picks up on the tiniest of clues..He always gets under the suspects skin, popping up all the time.. A very entertaining show..Shame we never ever get to see Mrs Columbo though !!
