A personal account from, what could only be called a dissenter of their experiences in the now maligned and defunct 'Jesus Army'. The book's 408 pages tend to focus on the negative experiences of the author during their time spent with them during the 1980's. The book includes a scathing critique of the movements founder, the Reverend Noel Stanton. Very readeable, in a kind of Daily Mirror fashion. But possibly best taken with 'a pinch of salt', so to speak.

For a low budget sci-fi 'flick' you have to give the film some credit. It was made back in 1961 and it's so called special effects leave a lot to be desired. The script is none too good either. However, it's main character, the demented Professor Benson makes up for some of these failings!

As a precursor to the highly relevantly 'Twelve Monkeys' 'La Jetee' is uncomfortable viewing. But it performs well as a short. Composed predominately from still frames 28 minutes is long enough.
