This game is hella addicting. I've died at least 20 times on almost 8/8 characters and quit the game for 2 hours before starting another characetr again. I don't experience any lag, and the game is mostly f2p. However, if you want something op like a divine pet that will basically ensure you will never die, you will probably have to cough up some bucks unless you want to grind for more than a year.
