The mandalorian is a lucasfilm masterpiece. Catering to all ages with that clone wars-type action, this series displays exhilarating fights in a fashion that balances the violence perfectly between an adult and child audience. Furthermore, it carries that classic Star Wars feel with a wide variety of unique galactic species, astounding background music, and lots of Easter eggs and references to all ages in the Star Wars timeline, including the mandalorian wars, the clone wars, and so much more. Furthermore, if you are a Star Wars fan, you will realize how big an impact this show has on the canon universe, which ultimately makes it super exciting and addicting to watch. I could go on and on about how incredible this show is, but for the sake of your time, I will end simply by encouraging you to take the time to watch it. It is by far one of the best shows I’ve ever seen (think game of thrones season 3 and 4 quality). Oh, and one more thing. I was once a Disney hater too after they made some questionable decisions that affected the Star Wars universe and it’s fans; however, do not let your subjectivity override your desire to watch this show. I’ve heard some people saying it’s “too violent” (honestly I have no idea how on earth it could be too violent it is obvious they are trying to tone down violence in places where it could be bad) and there “aren’t enough women” (insert elongated, depressed, irritated sigh here), but, if you really care about these qualities, then go watch Star Wars: forces of destiny which suits the 5 year-old audience with a highly female-based character rotation and absolutely no violence. (Boring, yes)
