This film is something that you only see once in a lifetime. I can't wait to purchase the DVD once it comes out and be able to watch it until whenever I close my eyes I can still see the singing and dancing cats.
The movements were an accurate portrayal of living and breathing cats. My cats walk just like these ones, even though they're paralyzed. My eyes never left the screen, even when they were so filled with tears that I couldn't see anything. Not even the original Broadway production, which I've seen 30 times, comes close to the perfection that is the movie Cats.
I got a panic attack in the theatre twenty minutes in due to the fact that I realized I would never be as perfect as the wondrous felines that laid before my eyes in this film. This movie has made me realize that cats are the one thing in the world that give my life meaning. So, I shall be taking a year sabbatical dedicated to researching the movements of cats. During this sabbatical, I will also tinker with becoming a Furry, to fully embrace the reality of my new life. Zootopia may have been more popular, but in my heart, Cats will always rein supreme. The MEMORY will live on, in my entire body and soul. If I met an actor or actress from this movie, or even Tom Hooper himself, I would nuzzle them with my head and kiss their toes, with my tongue of course, and ask them for permission to create a religion based on them. You will nit regret watching this cinematic masterpiece.
