A binary couple travel with some friends to Sweden where they take in the sights, local cuisine, culture, and even a dance competition. The trip is particularly difficult as the female is very emotional due to some previous family issues and they both struggle to fit in with the local community's performance art, religion. For me, this movie was merely passable. A dead center, 2.5 stars, "okay".

It was extremely boring and religiously heavy handed. Watching The Lodge was an utterly pointless experience.

This coming-of-age, last-night-in-high-school, comedy is the first to really hit all the right buttons without falling overboard. There is the expected amount of silliness, drugs, and sexual, comedy; however, Booksmart maintains an amount of taste and intelligent dialogue that has it standing above the genre's predecessors. An absolutely wonderful bit of fun!

This film successfully takes a, what should be, interesting story, containing sex and violence, and space, and makes it boring. Like, intolerably, excruciatingly, smash your head against the wall, boring.

Other than the odd joke, this movie does not tickle the funny bone. The fourth wall breaks and aliens do not separate this from other boring zombie-comedy movies. They are just out of place and unfunny.

La Llorona just isn't scary. The same old, same old, story had no real element of danger. The characters seemed two dimensional, formulaic, and dull. You can skip this one.

The occasional 'hit' just barely outweighs the regular misses. It's worth a single watch whilst updating social media and email, etc.

This is an action movie made the way action movies should be made! Jennifer Garner plays the no nonsense, no time for tears, get straight the headshot, main character, Riley North who guns down the corrupt characters that caused the deaths of her husband and daughter. She wastes no time with drawn out speaches or emotional boohooing and sticks to bullets, blades, and booms to get the job done. If you need to see the deep, dark, drama and pain, before getting to the angry retaliation, this movie is not for you; however, if you don't, then do.

The Florida Project is about a terrible little girl who is terrible because her mom is terrible. They live in a hotel in Florida where it seems everyone, except for them, is making a go at a better life. The movie ends abruptly and pointlessly. It was mostly well acted with an occasionally interesting scene but overall was still terrible and pointless. I very much disliked this movie and was surprised that most reviewers, on here, don't agree with me.

This film bounces back and forth between absolutely brilliant and sleep inducing. It was a wonderful expression of neo-noir; however, there were some weak scenes and some poor choices in wardrobe that brought down the overall 'feeling'. I would have loved to see Gordon-Levitt's character in a fedora and raincoat or facsimile there-of, and an occasional voice-over narration. Also, I felt, the football field, as a meeting point, just didn't correspond with the theme. Still, I give it a thumb way up to the point where I'll probably re-watch (which I rarely do with any film or movie).
