Fast forward to the end. It'll explain what the whole thing is about. Basically, without the use of overall technology and nothing or no one to depend on but yourself, the World in a sense would collapse on itself and people would do what they always have done since the beginning of time: turn on each other. Hence, the ultimate Civil War where the problems cancel out themselves and the masses stay protected because, of course, they have the heads up first. They explain the reason behind it but, like I said, fast forward to the end. Overall, it wasn't good or interesting. The dramatic and suspenseful music throughout the movie was unnecessary and simply takes you nowhere. See this movie once...so you know to not ever see it again.

Keep your two hours. This was going wrong after the first twenty minutes. I almost quit watching but I thought maybe it could get better. I was wrong.
