The servers are TRASH. Even if you make it all the way to the finals the servers can disconnect and kick you. It's so frustrating. There have been times where I'll win, but it'll disconnect and I won't get a crown when I log back in. Fix the servers and it'll be awesome because when it works, it's a lot of fun. But bad servers literally ruin everything.
