As I was born and lived in the United States all my life I was unaware of this Latin American Superstar. But I became familar with and actually went to a Luis Miguel Concert about 9 years ago with my fiance' who was born in El Salvador and has been a big fan since childhood! I started watching Luis Miguel: The Series with her, and now I'm hooked! Truth is sometimes stranger and more interesting than fiction and this is the case with this highly entertaining series! About 2/3 through Season One so far and I'm really enjoying the mix of a Superstar's rise to fame with family drama! Plus I really like the music as well (at least what I can hear, as my fiance' usually sings along with it). Excellent performances all around, especially from Diego Boneta (as Luis) and Oscar Jaenada (as his father Luis Rey). A must see for all Luis Miguel fans and equally as enjoyable for new fans (like me) as well.
