This is absolutely the best cook book ever. I made wings for my fellow executives a few months ago. The result.....four of them bought the book and two went out and bought a deep fryer the following weekend. Have cooked all the sauces and none disappoint. Some good advice in the book is to allow the sauces to fuse. They are even better after a couple of days. The Route 66 burger is amazing. Congratulations and well done!! Kel
