the actings is not good, feels 90s cheesy esp with the poorly filmed acrobatics/facial expressions. should of had more character development. since this is a live action remake I thought they would of made it more dramatic/realistic but if not; should of kept a more light-hearted/comedic tone. in summary a big budget remade film from one of the biggest filmmakers with no direction. everyone knows they didn't need to make this and they shouldn't have.

Space force first episode is incredibly dry and the slow pace doesn't help. But like the office which started out rough at first, once the premise is laid out, the characters get their time to shine and it becomes great on relevant topics for the current generation. Dry humor of course. Definitely has a chance to be really good if given time. And Steve carroll character is different from the office's Michael Scott. Anyone who makes the comparison didn't even bother to watch the show.

I think watchers who knew of the Witcher beforehand will appreciate the show and enjoy it. The problem comes with viewers who have no background of the book or games.. the show is slow-paced and although there are action packed scenes. the majority of the show is dialogue and slow prodding story telling. I wouldn't even call it a hit or miss but i really wouldn't expect folks who aren't previous fans to really enjoy this show. But if you do have a understanding of the Witcher, you'll be pleasantly surprised and enjoy it
