Kavita Raut – Google

Disappointing. I have read almost all Jack Reacher novels and have been transfixed with many of them. Some were so good that I didn't pause before I'd finished with them. This one however is a tedious one. It is a simple plot. I am on page 240 since the last 1 month cause there's no reason or excitement to continue. The narrative is too descriptive at places...how he thinks before he fights...during fights and after fights. This book has exaggerated everything. He keeps walking in the small town so much. No one can still find and get rid of him. Too many detailed fight scenes without the plot going anywhere. Expected much better. I want this series to continue forever cause I love the hero. Maybe the next one will be better.

A must watch! The movie is totally hilarious! It is a stage play of 5th grade kids. It can be over in 45 mins if acted by them on stage. Loved to hate the costumes. Especially the red pull up rubber suit worn by the devil. Exaggerated expressions, dialogue delivery were so amateurish. Everything could be acted and directed by kids - and that would be a better version, cause at least it would be endearing.

Loved it! I had not read the books so the review is unbiased from that angle. The best part of the series is the opening credits animation and music. It is soulful and creates so much energy and anticipation. It also has history weaved into it. I never skip watching this intro. The characters have such unique personalities. Almost all actors are good and have done justice to the series. Loved the setting, costumes, accents and makeup too. For a newbie to this story though, I felt there should have been more sequences on Aes Sedai background, the Dark lord, etc. to help understand better. I cannot wait for the next season to come!

I thought I'd watch it 'cause the cast was good. But the plot was pathetic. I wanted to stop watching but thought that something would come up eventually and there would be a bigger secret or a hidden twist. Nothing. It was a complete waste of time. Camera: The people holding the camera have outdone themselves briefly when they were able to focus on the subject, resulting in a few glimpses of clear shots. Rest of the movie is shot in utter close up of faces, like cheek pores, chins, hair, etc., or it kept moving in and out of focus and up and down as the camera moved. Plot: There is none. I do not want to blow up the suspense, but even if I had to, there is none. Editing: The whole movie has series of flashbacks that confused me. Flashbacks are shot with a different colour scheme. Refer to the camera comment above. Acting: Actors tried hard to bring weight and seriousness while performing but I felt they look constipated, as there was no plot to act upon! Ending: The movie leaves us with more questions than answers. Should be a good review for any movie really. But the open question here was "Why did I waste my time?".
