Great. Sexualizing children. The hell's wrong with the world.

I've been waiting for this movie for soooo long! Finally watched it today. It was such a refreshing superhero movie and because I love comedy, it was all I could hope a movie will be. DC really stepped up their game this time, wished they increased the budget for the cgi but overall Shazam is a very good origin story movie, full of humor and fun characters and a very suprising plot twist. VERY RECOMMENDED TO WATCH!

I'll be straight-forward, it was bland. I came in with low expectation and it was met. It doesn't mean you shouldn't watch the movie, it is still an origin story but just don't expect much. The best part of the movie was Stan Lee's opening credit tribute and the cat. Brie's an amazing actor but I just feel like she's still figuring her character out.

For the past few years I had been disappointed with DC movies except for Wonder Woman and I can say for sure that this movie is really good and recommended especially if you like humor. I am proud of the cast members, the team and director of this movie. I hope from now, the DC movies will be as good or even better than Aquaman.
