My son and I knew from the beginning it was going to be a waste of money. We laughed twice only because of Whoopie. I appreciate the fact that Perry's themes are "good prevails" but it's the same ole thing. Some of the scenes lingered on. Looks like there was a nod to "Being Mary Jane" Omari's love scene with Tika.
