I'm a Hong Konger and understand exactly what the documentary is talking about .HongKong has almost been ruined by the brainwashed young people here since the start of the social unrest of last year.
The worst thing is there have been a lot of changes with the people here, not just their relationships(kids left home for only their parents telling them not to trust the fake news, some girls were told to offer sex to the "activists" or so called "bravers "because they are brave enough to help fight for hong Kong's freedom ), but also their minds .Even the school teachers became very involved in political activities, some of them are very extreme, telling their students not to go to school but took to the street to fight against the government……The situation was better after the Taiwan election.(Taiwanse government is the worst. Some activists from hk were afraid of being arrested after having committed a certain crime, so they went to Taiwan for protection but at last got locked up after being used) Hopefully it will be even better after the US election. Trump has been doing a lot against China now. We have a lot of politicians and critics got paid by him and they keep telling people how bad our government is (like the police are throwing people out of the windows or killing young people on the trains, very exaggerating but all these are believed by young people. They cried and pay their respect everyday outside the MTR station even some of the imaginery dead people came out and told them they are still alive.) Joshua Wong is one of these politician and he is now living in a 20,000,000 apartment in Hong Kong and just told his followers he desperately need a driver and bodyguards to protect him.😓 I always want to tell the truth about Hong Kong to the world but our voice will never be stronger than theirs as we are not good at what they are doing~making up fake news and making it go viral……
welcome to factcheck what I said thx. I have been living in hk for almost 40 years and it has been a safe and peaceful small city. I have never seen such ridiculou and crazy things like what is happening in hk now so sad.
I just remember one thing, before the social unrest, a lot of young people had already been told not to trust the news on TV, because they are all fake. I guess it is one of the strategies they use too
