Very average and barely inoffensive. Lots of plot and power inconsistencies throughout. You can definitely tell when and what things just served as plot devices. Ironically the movie was most enjoyable when Sonic wasnt on screen. A lot of the jokes are for kids and borrowed from current memes that'll age poorly after a while. People will likely praise the movie just because their expectations were already set so low. Watched it with a group of friends that either played the games or didnt and we all agreed the movie was just okay. Unimpressed and we were ready to move on from it.
