It's all about showing how messed up things can get with corruption and injustice. Especially when the song plays "Hum shaamil hai" pointing to the fact that when someone is not working against the wrong in society, they are working with the wrong in society. Overall, it's not just an entertainer but also a wake-up call. Hopefully, it will shake those who have the power to change the system.
