One of the most brilliant books that can only be appreciated once you read them. A magical journey into the milieu of 1857 India. Didn't like a couple of condesceding things in the book like the phrase for Prophet Muhammad SAWW but these things apart for a book lover who loves quality prose and plot. I haven't read her more famous The Far Pavilions but I am going to buy that one next month.

The perfect Byomkesh Bakshy adaptation on screen. This comes from someone who watched the movie today in August 2020 after being influenced by BO performance earlier. Taut script, brilliant direction, and brilliant acting. One thing...Sushant Singh Rajput... Man miss you. You were sooo good in the movie. Its cinematography is brilliant too. The lump in the throat was that Sushant won't be there again on screen. I am very sad as I write this though I was not a Sushant fan. Go for the movie..it is a treat.

I am writing this for the connoisseur. A MASTERPIECE. Go for it. The most beautiful woman in one of the most beautiful movies. The action, cinematography, romance, script, direction, and above all decency.

One of the worst films that you can watch. It comes from someone who watches anything related to martial arts. The premise of the film though good is ruined with bad acting, poor martial arts moves, and a script as loose as Donald Trump's tongue. Hold back.

One of the most brilliant TV shows. I remember watching it as a kid in Kashmir and loving it. Those were golden days of Indian Television.

The character of the lawyer is portrayed by an actor who kinda looks mechanical and ugly. The movie is good and informative.

It is good in first half. The second half is only passable. Not a good movie overall.
