One of the best games ive played in many years. I dont normally finish games I start, mainly because there are just so many games out there, but this game interested me so much that I finished it. Im very much looking forward to the sequel that is in the works. If you like survival and exploration and a really well made atmosphere then I really recommend looking into it. It really feels like you start out very vulnerable and slowly start taming the environment.

These thoughts are for the steam version of the game. This game is the best city builder you can get to date. The amount of freedom you have to create a city is incredible. The simulation of the cims and traffic are pretty good, although traffic pathfinding is not perfect. They are constantly adding new content to it, and with the steam workshop, you can get mods, maps, buildings, vehicles, road types, and more. There are 178,995 items on the work shop at the time of writing. You can zone districts with many types of policies, like having upper class people in one area of the city, or have a eco friendly section, or a low education zone that go right to work, or no thru traffic zones, or electric car only zones or some combination of these and many others. The only part I feel is missing, is what older sim city games did and allowed multiple cities to be linked up off the edges of the map. The game already has traffic and goods demand from outside your city but its arbituary.

This movie made all the same mistakes of the 2014 Godzilla mess. Too much people crybabying and not enough monster combat. Being 2 hours and 15 minutes, its 1 hour too long. Every person in the movie is forgettable and a waste of screen time. Godzilla himself was likable for the little time you get to see him.

Nothing interesting visually, nothing interesting musically, nothing interesting conversationally except Jeff Goldblum, nothing interesting plotwise, nowhere near enough dinosaur time on screen, movie was not even about dinosaurs. Evil megacorp creates genetically modified locust to eat everything except evil megacorps own crops to control the world's food supply......just a total waste of theater time and a huge disappointment. When you can remove the dinosaurs from the movie and still have the same movie, the writers have totally lost their way. Another potential gem, lost to awful writing.

Im incredibly impressed with this movie. The first time I watched it I was at a friends house with a not good sound system from a failing tv. I left with a meh, but as time went on, I kept thinking about the movie and decided to give it another go on a proper entertainment center. Im glad I did because it was very well made. The movie fairly quickly gives you a feeling of despair and loneliness while watching it, but in a good way because it draws you into the desperateness of the mission. The movie is long but not too long, it goes slow enough to make you feel like your going on a journey. Its got a good story and its got some good visuals. The characters are good for the most part, Matthew McConaughey did a superb job with his role. Great sci-fi adventure that will have you back for more.

This movie TOTALLY surprised me! I did not expect anything going in and wow did I enjoy watching it. I was even in a bad mood at the time of watching and it still managed to be enjoyable. Its been a while since I watched it so im a bit fuzzy specifics, but I expressly remember enjoying it quite bit. Most new monster movies fall into a trap of sucking because they focus too much on the people and have very uninteresting people moments while having some big thing make an appearance from time to time. This movie did not fall into that trap and managed to be about King Kong.

I struggled to decide on 4 or 5 stars. Its really like a 4.5 stars. Its not as good as the original, but it surprised me as the previews did not have a good vibe. Good ol' Kaiju movie romp. There are also quite a few nods to the genre to be found throughout.

I liked this installment a lot. I feel like the reboot has properly settled into being a Star Trek movie with this installment. That is by no means saying the old ones were not good, but this one felt the most like Star Trek. This one was firing on all warp cores. The plot was good, the characters are all well integrated, lots of action, lots of story.

Would rate 0 of 5 if I could. Slow as a sloth, paper thin plot, no plot resolution, not pleasant visually, deadpan characters, very uninteresting journey, clownshow of an ending. The most interesting thing in the movie happened within the first 5 minutes. You can safely fall asleep after that and wont miss a thing. I was hugely disappointed at this garbage movie that should have been forever left in script form.
