Yeah the 5 star feedback is nonsense. This show is terrible. It's like watching a 10 car pile up happen in ultra slow motion. The plot is so slow and just plain bad it's painful. But now I'm halfway through, so I am waiting for it to really take off, but I am pessimistic. There's not even good cliffhangers when it comes to monsters. Maybe there will be a big monster fight at the end, but it shouldn't take 10 episodes to get there Here's the download of what the show is - an unnecessary story being told set in the Monarch Universe. It's more about a handful of people and their history and involvement with events, and it just comes across as some cheap melodrama. Now in the latest episode we find out one of the characters is a lesbian. Gee, no surprise there as Apple has gone in the direction of Disney and their programming is getting more woke every year. No one cares about these little drama story lines of what these uninteresting characters are going through. We came here for the monsters, which we aren't getting. No one tunes in to Godzilla or Kong Skull Island thinking "wow, I wonder if this will be a really great human drama, really getting into what the poor characters are feeling" Nope, no one cares. Give us monsters....
