I love what their doing with the show I know many people have a problem with it but I got sick and tired of always seeing the same three super natural creatures, at least on Teen wolf we got to see a banshee or a werecayote and they even brought creatures from different backgrounds like Kira or the skin walkers anyways it's good seeing different creatures, u guys were hoping it was going to be like the other two shows but im glad it's mostly not, especially like vampire diaries where u have a 2 hundred year old vampire crushing on a teen ( Sebastian don't count ) besides they close the chapters on the people on the other shows we learned that Elena and Damon had a daughter named Stephanie and Freya named her baby after her brother Klaus I hated how the originals ended too but Klaus and Elijah made peace with dying and I had to understand that. vampire diaries could have ended up with a better ending but even the actress who plays the main character wanted out so Julie had to work with what she got. Legacies give us a new take to see how supernatural teens lived on and their struggles and their character development its good having something then the rest and that's what makes legacies legacies I know people want cameo's but the actors have moved on and so should we and I applaud the actor that plays Freya for taking time off from Roswell New Mexico and doing this but u have to realize the others don't wanna do it and Caroline is looking for a cure and Kai is coming for a visit and legacies takes time with their character from making a supernatural have Human problems to the fact that their parents knows and they won't have to keep it from them and I love what they did to MG father from thinking his son is dead to finding out he's alive but a vampire going from everything he don't believe cause of his religion and to knowing they have limits like humans do
